Nachos on a Saturday night.. That sounds about right! Like I said before, I will never be the type of person to eat dull because I'm on a diet. This was the first healthy alternative meal I ate when I started eating clean. These nachos are gonna be extra light to eat, and very tasteful. Whenever I eat them, im always surprised at how good they are (its probably especially cause of the Pico De Gallo haha).
I'm really not a fan of the Canned nacho salsa, so for me eating is with pico just feels too fresh!

What you need!
-Pico de Gallo
-A lotttt of cheese
2 Garlic cloves
2tsp Soy sauce
1tsp Lime juice
1tsp Chili Powder
½cup Pico de Gallo
-Put your chicken breast in a bowl.
-Finely chop the garlic and add it over the chicken.
-Add in that bowl the soy sauce, the sriracha, the lime juice, the chili powder, the paprika and the cumin. (So basically, all the ingredients EXCEPT the water)
-In a hot pan with olive oil, sear the chicken. (About 1 minute each side)
-Add the water in the bowl with the excess marinade of the chicken and mix it so it’s homogeneous.
-Put the water + marinade mixture in the pan with the chicken.
-Then lower the heat and put a cover. (between low and medium heat).
-When the chicken is done, close the heat transfer the content of your pan in a bowl.
-With two forks, shred the chicken.
-Put it back in the pan with about ½ cup of Pico de Gallo for about a minute.
-Now put it aside.
2 Tortilla flat bread
-Put the oven on “Broil” setting.
-Cut the flat breads in triangles.
-Put them in a baking pan, and drizzle them with olive oil.
-Put the pan in the oven for 2 mins.
-Take it out of the oven and flip the tortillas.
-Put them back for about 30 seconds until the other side is also golden and crispy.
-Now take them out and put a little bit of salt on the chips.
-Get your plate
-Ang go crazy with everythging!
If your nachos aren’t hot enough for the cheese to melt pop it in the microwave enough time to make your cheese melt.
And if you love the hot and cold contrast in nachos, after putting it in the microwave, add more Pico de Gallo!
