This is definitely my favourite condiment! You can eat it with everything (ok, maybe not haha but you get what I mean). I always have to make a huge batch just to ensure I have enough for the next few days. This way I can include it in my breakfast, my lunch, my dinner and my snacks...It's super versatile!
WARNING: Once you taste Pico De Gallo there's no going back!
4 Medium size Tomatoes
3 Small red onions
¼ Bunch of cilantro
¼cup Lime juice
Salt/Pepper to taste
½tbsp Sriracha (Optional)
-Dice the tomatoes, the red onions and the jalapeños and put them in a bowl.
-Chop the cilantro and add it in the bowl.
-With a spoon, mix everything.
-Add the lime juice and salt/pepper.
-And if you like your food extra spicy, at some sriracha! (This is purely optional!)
