Pikliz

Updated: Apr 27, 2021

This is definitely a classic in Haitian cuisine. It's so good that I use it as a garnish for everything! This is for the the people that love spicy food. Instead of adding hot sauce in your burger, put some pikliz! If you're a fan of coleslaw, this is what it is (except for the spicy part).

Hope you enjoy this have fun trying it out!

Ingredients

1 1/2cup vinegar

1tbsp salt

½ Cabbage

2 Red scotch bonnet peppers

¼ Red Cabbage

1 Carrot (Medium)

-Grate the carrot.

-Put both cabbages and the carrot in a bowl and mix them together.
