Gooey S'mores Cups
If you’re searching for dessert ideas for Christmas, this is a nice one for all the chocoholics out there! They are just sooooo comforting, each little bite warms your heart, that's what everyone needs on the holiday season! Plus, if you have no baking skills at all, but you love baking for Christmas, this is perfect for you, anyone could do it hahah.
This recipe will give you 9 S'mores cups, sooo no worries about being left with tonssss of uneaten desserts this year! You'll have just enough for you and your small "covid time circle" hahah.

What you need!
Half of my cookie recipe
Half of my brownie recipe
Cupcake liners
Marshmallows (9)
Ingredients for Cookie Dough
60g Unsalted butter
30g Condensed milk
50g Brown sugar
85g All-purpose flour
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Baking powder
1/2 Egg
1/2tsp Vanilla extract
50g Double milk Lindt Chocolate (1/2 bars)
60g Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions for Cookie layer
-Preheat the oven at 350F.
-Take a small pot and brown the butter.
-In a small bowl, put the flour, salt and baking powder.
-In a smaller one, put the egg and the vanilla.
-Once the butter is browned (not burnt be careful haha), cut the heat and add the condensed milk and the brown sugar.
-Whisk to make the mix semi-homogeneous.
-Transfer it in a medium bowl, and whisk making the 8 movement with the whisk.
-Once it's homogeneous, add the egg and vanilla.
-Whisk quickly once it's added to make sure the egg doesn't cook due to the heat.
-Fold in the flour mix.
-Chop the Lindt chocolate.
-Fold in the chopped Lindt and the chocolate chips in the cookie dough.
-Divide the dough in 9 cupcake liners.
-Put in the oven for 14 minutes.
-Take it out and let the cookies cool down for at least 10 minutes!
In the meantime, let's start with the brownie!
Ingredients for brownie
1/4cup Butter (unsalted)
1/2cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
2tbsp Semi-sweet chocolate
6tbsp All-purpose flour
2tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 pinch Salt
Directions for Brownie layer
-Melt the butter and the chocolate in separate bowls using the bain-marie technique (bowl over boiling water).
-In a medium size bowl, put the brown sugar.
-Once the butter is melted, pour it over the brown sugar, and whisk.
-Add the eggs and whisk again.
-Add the melted chocolate whilst whisking.
-Now, with a rubber spatula, fold in the flour, cocoa powder and salt.
-Now divide the brownie batter over the cookies in the 9 cupcake liners.
-Put it back in the oven for 18 minutes.
-Now take it out and let it set and cool down for at least 10 minutes.
AND NOWWWW FOR THE FINAL TOUCH!
-Set up the oven on the broil setting.
-Put some medium size marshmallows on top of each portion.
-Put them in the oven until the marshmallow starts to SLIGHTLY burn.
-And there you have it! A cute little dessert for the holidays!
PS: I put an emphasis on the slightly, because I forgot them in the oven MULTIPLE times hahah, sooooo don't do like me, keep an eye on the or put a timer hahah.
Also...
If you want, you can add baby marshmallows in the brownie mix, I personally didn't add any, and it was just PERFECT!
