-Take a small pot and brown the butter.
-In a small bowl, put the flour, salt and baking powder.
-In a smaller one, put the egg and the vanilla.
-Once the butter is browned (not burnt be careful haha), cut the heat and add the condensed milk and the brown sugar.
-Whisk to make the mix semi-homogeneous.
-Transfer it in a medium bowl, and whisk making the 8 movement with the whisk.
-Once it's homogeneous, add the egg and vanilla.
-Whisk quickly once it's added to make sure the egg doesn't cook due to the heat.
-Fold in the flour mix.
-Chop the Lindt chocolate.
-Fold in the chopped Lindt and the chocolate chips in the cookie dough.
-Divide the dough in 9 cupcake liners.
-Put in the oven for 14 minutes.
-Take it out and let the cookies cool down for at least 10 minutes!
In the meantime, let's start with the brownie!
Ingredients for brownie
1/4cup Butter (unsalted)
1/2cup Brown sugar
2tbsp Semi-sweet chocolate
6tbsp All-purpose flour
2tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 pinch Salt
Directions for Brownie layer
-Melt the butter and the chocolate in separate bowls using the bain-marie technique (bowl over boiling water).
-In a medium size bowl, put the brown sugar.
-Once the butter is melted, pour it over the brown sugar, and whisk.
-Add the eggs and whisk again.
-Add the melted chocolate whilst whisking.
-Now, with a rubber spatula, fold in the flour, cocoa powder and salt.
-Now divide the brownie batter over the cookies in the 9 cupcake liners.
-Put it back in the oven for 18 minutes.
-Now take it out and let it set and cool down for at least 10 minutes.
AND NOWWWW FOR THE FINAL TOUCH!
-Set up the oven on the broil setting.
-Put some medium size marshmallows on top of each portion.
-Put them in the oven until the marshmallow starts to SLIGHTLY burn.
-And there you have it! A cute little dessert for the holidays!
PS: I put an emphasis on the slightly, because I forgot them in the oven MULTIPLE times hahah, sooooo don't do like me, keep an eye on the or put a timer hahah.
If you want, you can add baby marshmallows in the brownie mix, I personally didn't add any, and it was just PERFECT!
Hope you enjoyed, happy holidays!
