French Vanilla Protein Pancakes
Updated: Sep 1, 2020
Good Morning! In my mind Sunday has always been a Fun-Day for breakfast! And what's more fun than pancakes. This recipe will give you extra fluffy pancakes and the taste of the french vanilla is just so appropriate for a weekend morning. I personally love taking my proteins in the morning and pancakes are definitely the way to go if you want to diversify the way you take them! I eat them with some fruits and my protein hazelnut spread!
Soooooo crazyyy good!
Hope you feel the same!
Ingredients
1/4cup (1 scoop) French vanilla Isagenix protein powder
3/4cup Flour
1 ½tbsp Baking powder
Pinch of Salt
2tbsp Sugar
1cup Soy milk
1/3cup Black coffee
2 Eggs
1/2tbsp Vanilla
Oil
Butter
Directions
-In a bowl put all of the dry ingredients and whisk them together.
-Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
-Now add the rest of the ingredients in that well and whisk the mix from the center to the sides.
-Get your pan and turn on your heat on medium with some oil.
-Make sure your pan is not burning hot though, or you’ll get veryyy burnt pancakes hahah
-When your pan is hot enough add some butter in your oil and put about 1/4 cup of the mix in there.
- Let it cook, and once you see little bubbles forming on top of the pancake, flip it
- Let t cook for another 2 minutes.
-Put it in your plate, add your desired garnish and savor this breakfast!
-Now go on and have a good day!
I wrote down to put 1/4 cup of your mix to cook, but really it depends on your pan. 1/4 is just the amount of mix for one pancake!
Enjoy!
